Special Order Return Policy
Certain items including bedding and bedding accessories are
Special Order and, as such, are subject to our Special Order
Return Policy.
Any product that is subject to our Special Order Return Policy is
so noted on that product's description page. Unfortunately, we
must enforce this policy because we cannot stock Special Order
items and they are ordered based on your request. We must charge
your credit card at the time that an order is placed with us.
All returns and cancellations of Special Order products are
subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. To avoid this restocking fee,
your order must be cancelled prior to HartGem placing your
order with our Manufacturing department, Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
All personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and
cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the
Manufacturing department of hartgem.com.

Returns and Exchanges
HartGem's "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" Return Policy - We
love satisfied customers. If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase from Hartgem, please take advantage of our
"Money Back Guarantee" Return Policy.
HARTGEM WILL NOT
ACCEPT RETURNS BY UPS. REGISTERED MAIL ONLY.
If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery
date of your item, you may return it to us. Call our friendly
customer service via telephone toll free at 1-877-513-7655 to
receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to allow us to keep
track of the return.
Our "Money Back Guarantee" is meant to make your shopping
experience enjoyable and convenient. You may return the item for a
full refund of the purchase price less any coupons used,
shipping charges, shipping surcharges, and gift wrapping fees,
if applicable.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in
the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories
to insure full credit. "New and unused" means saleable condition,
not scratched and used. We cannot issue refunds for an item with
any indications that it has been used.
Special Order items are subject to our Special Order Return
Policy.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is
damaged or defective (Please see our policy regarding damaged or
defective items).

Hartgem will exchange for a new jewelry item or replace to proper
finger size free of charge. You welcome to exchange to a new

However all products should be returned in
the original state they were received. Products which have been
modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be
accepted for refunds.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes
up to 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged
product back from you. All refunds granted are for the purchase
price of the product only. Shipping Costs, Shipping Surcharges and
Gift Wrapping Costs are refundable only if a product arrives
damaged due to shipping or is defective.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please
contact us by either calling toll free at 1-877-513-7655 or

us within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free
of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer
service will do all that we can to stop the items from being
processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be
able to stop it in time.
